Institutional Background & Founding Charter
The society was instituted by distinguished professors, research scientists, and educators to cultivate a multidisciplinary research fraternity across the biological, environmental, and biomathematical sciences. Formally enacted and incorporated under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, the society maintains statutory sovereign jurisdiction across collegiate faculties, university departments, and life science research councils.
