1. Society Identity & Non-Profit Character

The society operates exclusively as a registered non-profit educational and scientific learned society under statutory regulations. By applying for membership, participating in symposia, or submitting manuscripts, users agree to uphold the statutory dignity and research ethics of the society.

2. Membership Rights & Governance

Membership is granted upon verification of academic credentials and fee clearance into the official State Bank of India account. Life Members possess voting franchise in General Body elections as prescribed in the bylaws. Membership credentials are institutional, non-transferable, and subject to revocation by a two-thirds majority of the Executive Council in cases of documented academic misconduct or plagiarism.

3. Intellectual Property & Open Access

Scholarly papers published in Biospectrum Horizons are disseminated under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright while granting the society perpetual, irrevocable publishing rights.
